Does anyone know if they plan on releasing a boxed set of Episodes I-III before Christmas?

No way - They'll release just ROTS this year so everyone will buy that. Then next year, they'll offer the boxed set of Episodes I-III and then the year after that (or whenever Lucas wants to milk it some more) they'll release the Super-Special Remastered Edition of the entire series - I-VI
