I am looking for a dog collar or even a neck bandana for a dog that says "I am the big brother". I want to buy it so he can wear it for Christmas. I have been looking around but can't find anything. Am hoping one of you fly ladies can help. ;)

Buy a neck bandanna and take it to a trophy shop.

They do all kinds of embroidery; you might even find a kiosk in your local mall that sells baseball caps and shirts and such. They too can embroder it on for you.

OMG! I wanted to do the same things for some friends that are TTC. I was going to make a t-shirt at cafepress.com though. You can add a picture of the dog to the shirt (if I read correctly). Please share a link if you find anything.

I've had great experience with personalized items from http://www.gotags.com/corder5.htm (http://www.gotags.com/corder5.htm). They usually personalize collars with dogs names and phone #'s, but I don't see why they wouldn't just do text. Maybe you could email them..?

I think they're great and plan to use the Baby's Guard Dog to announce a pregnancy if we ever decide to TTC! ;)

That is a great idea, Zelda Von Yitz. I will look into that if nothing else pans out.


sublime311- Thanks for that website. I took a quick look and will email them to find out if they can embroider it with a different saying.


MidwesternGal and Vegastrtle- Thanks for the T-shirt idea. I don't think that would work though. I don't see my dog walking around wearing a t shirt. Very cute, but not for my guy. Thanks again anyway! Maybe someone else could use that idea.
