We just listed our condo for sale today- yikes. I am hoping and keeping my fingers crossed that it will sell soon!

Good luck. We put our house on the market on October 28 and accepted an offer this past Tuesday. :)

We just put our townhouse on the market last week!!! We can be nervous together! And your username drew me to this post - we have a pug of our own! Love them! :)

So my real estate agent just called, someone wants to see the condo tonight! Keep your fingers crossed that they like it, want it and make an offer! I am nervous!!!

Eeek!! They're so cute! Once we move, we want to get a black pug friend for Oscar. Your babies are adorable!!

We have an open house on Sunday, so hopefully our house will be SOLD by this time next week!! Positive thinking!

So we had people come see the condo Friday night, Saturday night and had an open house on Sunday. All positive feedback according to our broker, so we will see what happens. I know people probably look around at a bunch of different places, then weigh the options before making an offer- so I am keeping my fingers crossed that we will have an offer soon!
