I thought this was kind of humorous (there's video, too!). A clearly drunken Ashlee Simpson makes a scene at a Toronto Mickey D's.

I heard about this on the radio, man they were ripping her apart.

They did mention though that the timing is odd. She just had a new album out. Maybe she is just subscribing to the philosiphy that no publicity is bad publicity. I really wish she would just go away though.
