It was difficult to make out what she was saying, but to me it sounded like "Why is this happening to me? Why do bad things always happen to me?". Now I realize that thinking that you broke your ankle would be no fun, but it's not like her best friend just died. I think she was acting a bit. I loved when Andy ran in and said "No, I am the doctor."! Bevin was just a little too over-the-top when she hurt her ankle.
