Who loves the edges? I love the edges!!! You know, the “outside” pieces from the pan of brownies? Especially corners…mmmmm…corners.
Apparently, I’m not alone.

Baker’s Edge now has a pan that can bake brownies with ALL EDGES! It even claims that you can make lasagna in their pan as well. Ooh, crispy cheese – I’ll wrestle someone for that. The pan comes with recipes and other ideas, from baked goods to casseroles.
And even if you’re not crazy like I am, and like the center pieces, the website FAQ wants you to be included too!
Q. I don’t like the edges of baked goods / I like the centers best, so why would I even consider the Baker’s Edge?
A. Forget what you know about baked good edges. Typical edges from
conventional bakeware are over-baked and dried out (a result of waiting for the center to finish baking). With the Baker’s Edge, every serving will bake more evenly. That being said, if you just hate chewy edges, you can reduce your baking time and have a pan full of what would typically be “center” servings. Of course, edges aside, if you bake lasagna, casseroles, or pot pies, you will find the Baker’s Edge is a great tool.

Seriously - that is the coolest new baking gadget I’ve seen in a long time. I thought it was a cutlery tray at first! Very cool!
